"I belonged to the museum club when I was 12-15 years old. Some of my fondest memories was running up and down the spiral staircase seeing all the stuffed birds and the Upnor mammoth tusk. I remember playing in the Dawber garden and visiting the Lullingstone Roman villa before it had a roof. I also remember the chalet arriving from Gads Hill and being put in place, it was very exciting." "One of the most impressive exhibits were the copies of the crown jewels. I used to like looking at those.
The curator at the museum was Mr Taylor. I can't remember the name of the chap who ran the museum club, but we called him Fossil! There was a small 'children's' section opposite the entrance to Mr. Taylor's office. I found a bat skeleton in our garden at home and it was put on display here. Many years later, when I was running a guide company, we collected jumble for a sale. Amongst the stuff given to us was a pair of 1920's T-bar shoes in pristine condition still in their box, which I donated to the museum. I wonder where they are now!"

Window blinds serve as an essential element in interior design, offering both aesthetic appeal and functional benefits. They provide privacy, light control, and insulation, effectively enhancing the overall energy efficiency of a space. Selecting the appropriate style and material can significantly elevate the ambiance of any room.
